Does The Right Whey contain Whey Isolate?

Yes. The Right Whey is comprised of 100% Whey Isolate!  Whey Protein Isolate is the highest grade whey protein available.  Whey Isolate undergoes a more thorough processing which results in a higher protein content with less carbs, lactose, and fat.  This additional processing results in both a superior end product, but is also more costly to source and produce.  Only the most premium of proteins contain Whey Isolate, even fewer contain ONLY Whey Isolate.   

How is your protein sweetened?

We avoid aspartame, sucralose, acesulfame potassium, and other artificial sweeteners. We instead use all-natural Monkfruit to sweeten our delicious whey protein without exposing you to the risk of potentially harmful chemicals. While it is far cheaper to use artificial ingredients, our company simply could not feel good about the product we put out to the general public including athletes, bodybuilders, fat-loss enthusiasts, senior patients, and young athletes.  We want our product to be the ultimate health-minded whey protein product available to you, regardless of your age or goals.

What is your natural digestive enzyme?

We use the natural papaya fruit-based digestive enzyme and antioxidant, Papain. Papain is a proven natural enzyme proven to enhance the total digestive process and increase the nutrient absorption of protein-based foods.  Its ability to hydrolyze (break down) proteins also means that it can optimize digestion/absorption while reducing indigestion or other stomach distresses and side effects (bloating, discomfort, gas) commonly experienced by those with an above-average protein intake. If you have further questions please feel free to research this potent antioxidant and its benefits on digestion, particularly in the realm of protein digestion. While other more expensive products may have digestive enzymes, we have found none that offer the time-proven benefits of Papain.  

Shipping

We partner with the best carriers to ensure the lowest prices, offering the customer the choice to ship as economically as possible or as quickly as possible. We have options to meet your needs.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Preworkout Returns

Due to CleanFuel Preworkout's all-natural flavoring and sweetening, the product may occasionally clump together if opened and not used regularly, this is due to the minimal amount of non-gmo cane sugar and does not affect overall quality or effectiveness.

If clumping occurs simply discard affected portion of the product as the remaining portion has not been affected or compromised. We recommend you keep your product stored in a dry location to minimize this possibility.

Refunds will not be issued for preworkout clumping occurrences.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at josh@cleanfuelnutrition.com and send your item to: P.O. Box 28672, Kansas City, MO 64188.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: P.O. Box 28672, Kansas City, MO 64188.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
